Common questions
How do I cancel PO Pro?
Open the Google Play app → tap your profile picture → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Progressive Overload → Cancel subscription. You keep Pro until the end of the period you already paid for. Cancelling never deletes your training history.
I want a refund
Refunds are handled by Google Play, not by us — request one at play.google.com or through Google's refund form. If something went wrong on our side, email us and we will do what we can to help.
How does the referral reward work?
Share your code from Settings → Your friend code. When someone enters it while subscribing to PO Pro, you get one free month. It is granted once per account — a second referral does not add another month. Full details are in the terms.
I restored my phone and lost Pro
Sign in with the same account and the same Google Play profile you purchased with, then open the Pro screen and tap Restore purchases.
How do I add a coach?
Ask your friend for their code, then go to Friends → Add friend and enter it. Once you are friends, you can promote them to coach, which lets them edit your program and log sets for you. You can remove a coach at any time and their access ends immediately.
An exercise animation looks wrong
Tell us which exercise and what is off. The illustrations and animations are made in-house and we redo the ones that do not read clearly.
How do I delete my account?
Settings → Danger zone → Delete account, or see the deletion page if you have already uninstalled.
Reporting abuse
To report a user, an offensive challenge or an inappropriate display name, email support@progressive-overload.ca with the subject "Report abuse". Include the person's name or code and what happened. We review reports within 24 hours and remove violating content and accounts.
You can also act immediately yourself: removing someone in the Friends tab instantly ends their access to your data and their ability to send you challenges.
Reporting a security problem
If you have found a vulnerability, please email security@progressive-overload.ca with the subject "Security" before disclosing it publicly. We will acknowledge within 72 hours.
